RETURNS & REFUNDS

We have a 90-day return policy, which means you have 90 days after receiving your item to request a return.

We will gladly accept returns providing that goods are returned in their original packaging, in a saleable condition within 90 days from the date of the invoice. We cannot accept returns where the item has been opened or used unless it is damaged or defective.

  • We do not refund shipping charges if you refuse to accept packages sent. Please call customer support to arrange for the return of the products ordered toll-free at 1-800-613-7759
  • Any package that is undeliverable due to insufficient address or the customer was not available to sign for the package is also subject to a refund less shipping
  • There is no restocking fee
  • There are no fees for return shipping

Our refund policy is designed to ensure customer satisfaction and provide a clear understanding of what is expected when returning a product. When we refer to "saleable condition" for beauty products like a skin peeler or facial water, it means that the item should be in a condition that allows us to resell it to another customer without any issues. Here are some specific guidelines and examples:

Skin Peeler:

  • The skin peeler should be unused and not have any visible signs of wear or damage.
  • The packaging, including any seals or protective covers, should be intact and unopened.
  • Any accessories or attachments that were originally included should be returned as well.
  • Examples of unacceptable conditions: A skin peeler that has been used, shows signs of damage, or has its packaging opened or missing.
Facial Water:
  • The facial water should be unopened and in its original packaging.
  • The seal on the bottle or container should be intact and not tampered with.
  • The product should not have been used or contaminated in any way.
  • Examples of unacceptable conditions: A facial water bottle that has been opened, used, or has a broken or missing seal.

In both cases, it's important to note that hygiene and safety are significant considerations. For beauty products, the saleable condition also involves the product's compliance with health and safety regulations. If the product is sealed for protection or has specific storage requirements, those should be maintained as well.

We understand that some level of inspection or testing may be necessary to assess the product's suitability. However, any usage or damage that goes beyond what is necessary for assessment may affect the product's saleable condition.

It's crucial to follow these guidelines to ensure a smooth refund process. If a returned item does not meet the saleable condition criteria, we reserve the right to reject the refund or charge a restocking fee. Our aim is to provide a fair and reasonable experience for our customers while ensuring the quality and integrity of our products.

    Your refund or credit will be issued within 30 days of your return being received, including processing time — we will also confirm the refund by email. For any product that is damaged or defective, please have the following information handy:

    • Your Order Number
    • The Damaged or Defective Item
    • Your preference for Refund or Replacement

      You can return our products by mail. Customer support will provide the address and all the necessary details for returns once contacted. You have to download and print the return label, which will also be provided by the Customer support once contacted. The buyer is not responsible for paying for the return shipping.

        WARRANTY

        Reclar devices are covered under a manufacturer's warranty if your product fails after the initial return window. Under normal use, Reclar devices are warranted for 1 year from the date of delivery on your original order. 

        If you suspect a fault with your device and would like to start a warranty request, please request a Return Authorization Number by contacting us at hello@reclar.beauty. Someone from our team will review your request and reply within 1-2 business days via email with further instructions. To verify that you are within the warranty period, we will need the name and/or the email associated with the order, the original order number, or details of the product. If you made a purchase through an Reclar provider, you will need to provide proof of purchase with your request by attaching your original receipt or order confirmation at the time of submitting your warranty request. The Reclar manufacturer’s warranty extends only to the original purchaser of the product.

        • The Reclar manufacturer's warranty period begins upon the delivery date of the original order.
        • The Reclar manufacturer’s warranty only covers devices that are purchased directly through reclar.beauty or one of its certified providers.
        • Reclar is only responsible for shipping warranty replacements within Reclar fulfillment regions (US, CAN, AUS, NZ, UK, & EU). Arrangements for warranty requests outside of Reclar fulfillment regions will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.    
        • This warranty does not cover damage caused by the following:
          • Accident, misuse, abuse, or alteration
          • Servicing by unauthorized persons
          • Connection to incorrect power sources
          • Use with unauthorized accessories

        H-Hour Marketing, Inc. or its authorized distributors shall not be responsible for any incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of this product. All implied warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of fitness and merchantability are limited in duration to one year from the date of original purchase. 

        This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from country to country. Some countries do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, or limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so some of the above limitations and exclusions may not apply to you.

        This warranty is given in lieu of all other warranties, written or oral, whether expressed by affirmation, promise, description, drawing, model, or sample. Any and all warranties other than this one, whether expressed or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are hereby disclaimed.
