Shipping policy

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We ship to USA and Canada. We aim to deliver goods within the specified time frame, but cannot guarantee delivery dates or accept liability for any delays outside of our control. As we rely on third-party shipping companies to facilitate our customer deliveries for us, we cannot accept liability for out-of-pocket expenses or other costs incurred due to failed or delayed deliveries.

Warehouse locations are Toronto, CA, and Chattanooga, TN (USA).

Orders received before 2 PM EST, Monday – Friday ship the same day.
All orders are shipped within 24 business hours of being received.

Kindly note that the delivery time will vary during holidays or limited edition launches.

USA

We use USPS and FedEx.
Shipping + Insurance (Theft/Loss/Damage) ✈ $15.00 USD (1-2 business days processing + 4-6 business days shipping time)

CANADA

We use Canada Post, USPS, and FedEx.
Shipping + Insurance (Theft/Loss/Damage) ✈ $20.00 CAD (1-2 business days processing + 2-4 business days shipping time)

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS

You are responsible for knowing the import regulations for your country. Please research all supplements to ensure that they are legal for importation PRIOR to ordering. Once the order has left our premises we cannot be held responsible for customs delays.

CUSTOM FEES

Please be aware if you purchase internationally that you are responsible for paying the additional costs such as duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. These charges can vary widely and are often based on the price and type of item, package weight and dimensions, origin country, and the taxes, duties, and fees of the destination country (this does not include our shipping costs).

We are not responsible for any additional charges that may apply after a purchase is completed on the site.

ADDRESS CORRECTIONS

In the event that a package is returned to us marked as undeliverable, we reserve the right to charge the customer an additional fee upon confirmation of the corrected mailing address and our resending the package. Note: Fee to be the actual cost of shipping.
