Refund & Return

We have a 90-day return policy, which means you have 90 days after receiving your item to request a return.

You can return our products by mail. Customer support will provide the address and all the necessary details for returns once contacted. You have to download and print the return label, which will also be provided by the Customer support once contacted. The buyer is not responsible for paying for the return shipping.

Warranty

Under normal use, Reclar devices are warranted for 1 year from the date of delivery on your original order. 

If you suspect a fault with your device and would like to start a warranty request, please request a Return Authorization Number by contacting us at hello@reclar.beauty.
